financial
statements
and
the
comparative
information
were
prepared
in
accordance
with
the
current
effective
accounting
principles,
and
they
truly
and
fairly
present
the
financial
position
of
the
Group
as
well
as
its
financial
performance,
and
the
Management
Board’s
report
on
activities
contains
a
true
image
of
the
Group’s development, achievements, and standing, including description of basic risks and threats;

the
entity
authorised
to
audit
the
financial
statements,
which
has
audited
the
annual
consolidated
financial
statements,
was
selected
in
accordance
with
the
regulations
of
law.
That
entity
as
well
as
the
registered
auditor
who
has
carried
out
the
audit
fulfilled
the
conditions
for
expressing
an
unbiased
and
independent
opinion
about
the
consolidated
financial
statements
pursuant to relevant provisions of the national law and industry norms.
