przedstawiać informacje o działaniach podjętych w celu likwidacji ewentualnych nierówności w tym

1) Wysokość otrzymywanego przez pracowników Spółki wynagrodzenia podstawowego uzależniona
jest od stanowiska i zakresu obowiązków danej osoby. Bez względu na płeć, osoby na tych samych
stanowiskach i mające taki sam zakres obowiązków oraz takie same kwalifikacje otrzymują
wynagrodzenie zasadnicze na równym poziomie.
2) Dodatkowo, zespoły handlowe objęte są systemami premiowymi, które zależne są od uzyskanej
przez danego pracownika sprzedaży. Czyli na ewentualne różnice w poziomach wynagrodzeń
poszczególnych osób wpływa wielkość wypracowanej w danym okresie premii. Techniczny charakter
branży, w której działa Emitent powoduje, że w danych grupach pracowników bądź zdecydowanie
przeważają mężczyźni (np. w obszarach gdzie wymagane jest wykształcenie budowlane), bądź
zdecydowanie kobiety (np. w administracji). Zdecydowanie różna ilościowo reprezentacja osób każdej
z płci w poszczególnych grupach stanowisk powoduje, wypaczenie wyniku średniego. W związku
z powyższym Spółka nie zdecydowała się na prezentację wskaźników równości na stronie, gdyż nie
pokazywałyby one faktycznych zależności pomiędzy wynagrodzeniami otrzymywanymi przez
pracowników.
2.1. Spółka powinna posiadać politykę różnorodności wobec zarządu oraz rady nadzorczej, przyjętą
odpowiednio przez radę nadzorczą lub walne zgromadzenie. Polityka różnorodności określa cele
i kryteria różnorodności m.in. w takich obszarach jak płeć, kierunek wykształcenia, specjalistyczna
wiedza, wiek oraz doświadczenie zawodowe, a także wskazuje termin i sposób monitorowania
realizacji tych celów. W zakresie zróżnicowania pod względem płci warunkiem zapewnienia
różnorodności organów spółki jest udział mniejszości w danym organie na poziomie nie niższym niż
30%.
