The Supervisory Board of mBank S.A. confirms that in mBank S.A. as well as in the mBank S.A. Group:
a)
the
legal
requirements
are
complied
with
regarding
the
appointment,
composition
and
functioning
of
the
audit
committee,
including
fulfilling
the
independence
criteria
of
its
members,
their
knowledge
and
skills
with
respect
to
the
scope
of
activities
conducted
by
the
issuer
and
accounting
or
auditing
of
the financial statements,
b)
the
Audit
Committee
of
the
Supervisory
Board
of
mBank
S.A.
fulfilled
legal
obligations
of
an
audit
committee as required by common binding law.
