with its registered office in Warsaw
dated April 30, 2025
on the assessment of the financial statements of
Medicalgorithmics S.A. for 2024, the consolidated financial
statements of the Medicalgorithmics Capital Group for 2024 and
the Management Board's report on the business activities of
Medicalgorithmics S.A. and the business activities of the
Medicalgorithmics Capital Group for 2024
Rada Nadzorcza Medicalgorithmics S.A., działając na podstawie
§ 70 ust. 1 pkt 14) oraz § 71 ust. 1 pkt 12) rozporządzenia Ministra
Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących
i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów
wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne
informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego
państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. 2018, poz. 757) postanawia, co
następuje:
The Supervisory Board of Medicalgorithmics S.A., acting on the basis
of § 70 (1)(14) and § 71 (1)(12) Regulation of the Minister of Finance
of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published by
issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent
information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of
Laws 2018, no.757), decides as follows:

Rada Nadzorcza przyjmuje ocenę sprawozdania finansowego
Medicalgorithmics S.A. za rok 2024, skonsolidowanego
sprawozdania finansowego Grupy Kapitałowej Medicalgorithmics
za rok 2024, a także sprawozdania Zarządu z działalności
Medicalgorithmics S.A. oraz z działalności Grupy Kapitałowej
Medicalgorithmics za 2024 rok, zawartą w Załączniku nr 1 do
niniejszej uchwały.
The Supervisory Board approves the assessment of the financial
statements of Medicalgorithmics S.A. for 2024, the consolidated
financial statements of the Medicalgorithmics Capital Group for 2024
and the Management Board's report on the business activities of
Medicalgorithmics S.A. and the business activities of the
Medicalgorithmics Capital Group for 2024, included in Appendix No. 1
to this resolution.

Uchwała wchodzi w życie z chwilą podjęcia.
This resolution shall enter into force upon its adoption.
