informs
that
the
audit
firm
PricewaterhouseCoopers
Polska
spółka
z
ograniczoną
odpowiedzialnością
Audyt
sp.k.
with
its
registered
office
in
Warsaw
was
selected
in
accordance
with
the
regulations, including those regarding the selection and selection procedure of an audit firm, and that:
a)
the
audit
firm
carrying
out
the
attestation
of
sustainability
reporting
and
the
members
of
the
team
carrying
out
this
attestation
met
the
conditions
for
preparing
an
impartial
and
independent
report
on
the
attestation
of
sustainability
reporting
in
accordance
with
applicable
regulations,
professional
standards and principles of professional ethics,
b)
The
Bank
has
a
policy
on
the
selection
of
an
audit
firm
to
carry
out
the
attestation
of
sustainability
reporting
and
a
policy
on
the
provision
of
permitted
services
to
the
Bank
other
than
the
attestation
of
sustainability
reporting
by
the
audit
firm
performing
the
attestation
of
sustainability
reporting,
by
entities
related to that audit firm and by a member of the audit firm’s network.
