Potential divestment of farming asset
In continuation of the transaction previously announced in Current Report No 14/2026on 03 July 2026, ASTARTA HOLDING PLC (hereinafter the "Company"), further reports that its subsidiary has transferred operational management in the farming entity LLC "CHERNIHIV EKO PLUS" (hereinafter the "Divestment Asset"), comprising c.4kha of farmland with related farming infrastructure, to a potential buyer. Formal title to the corporate rights of the Divestment Asset will be retained until the final closing of the deal, expected by the end of 2026.
The transaction is part of the Company's land bank optimisation strategy which focuses on key regions of its operations.
The Company will provide further updates, if and when required, in accordance with its disclosure obligations under MAR and the Polish Act on Public Offering
