The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. hereby provides theinformation contained in the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. and the draft resolutions with their appendices that will be considered by this Meeting.
Legal basis:
§38 clause 1 point 1, 2 and 3 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19February 2009 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
