Re. Admission and introduction of series K and series L ordinary bearershares issued by BZWBK, to trading on the stock exchange by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and setting the listing date for those shares

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Company") hereby informs that on 6 August2014 it received the Resolution no. 893/2014 of the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange, "WSE"), pursuant to which:

- 305 543 (three hundred five thousand five hundred and forty three)ordinary bearer shares of the Company, series K, with the nominal value of PLN 10 (ten PLN) each and

- 5 383 902 (five milion three hundred eighty three thousand ninehundred and two) ordinary bearer shares of the Company, series L, with the nominal value of PLN 10 (ten PLN)

have been admitted to trade on the main market.

Pursuant to § 38(1) and (3) of the WSE Rules, WSE Management Boardintroduced the above-mentioned Company shares to trade on the main market from 8 August 2014 onwards, provided that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository of Securities) registers these shares on 8 August 2014 with code PLBZ00000044.
