CD PROJEKT SA (13/2025) Informacja dotycząca decyzji Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenie w przedmiocie wypłaty dywidendy

Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu 23 czerwca 2025 roku Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki podjęło uchwałę w przedmiocie wypłaty dywidendy w wysokości 99.910.510,00 zł, tj. w kwocie 1,00 zł na jedną akcję Spółki.

Dzień dywidendy został ustalony na dzień 30 czerwca 2025 roku a dywidenda zostanie wypłacona w dniu 9 lipca 2025 roku. Do dywidendy uprawnionych jest 99.910.510 akcji Spółki.

basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current and

periodic information

The

Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw

(the "Company") announces that on 23 June 2025 the Ordinary

General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment of

the dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per each

Company's share participating in the dividend.

The

dividend record date has been set for 30 June 2025 and the dividend

payment date for 9 July 2025. There are 99,910,510 Company shares which

confer the right to the dividend.
