The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. (the "Company"), hereby

discloses the draft resolutions to be considered at the Ordinary General

Meeting of CD PROJEKT S.A. convened on 23 June 2026, with appendix and

documents submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting. All these materials
