An amendment to the credit agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A.
The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA inform that on 2 April 2014 an Amendment to the Multipurpose Facility Agreement with ING Bank Śląski S.A., having its registered office in Katowice, was signed. By virtue of the Amendment the Bank provided the Company with a combined limit in the amount of 113.0 million PLN (say: one hundred and thirteen million Polish zlotys) through increasing the existing limit and extending a working capital loan in the amount up to 85.0 million PLN (say: eighty five hundred million Polish zlotys).The limit availability period - until 30 January 2016.
Terms of the Agreement does not differ from standard terms used in this type of agreements.The Agreement is considered significant as the total value of the Agreement and its Amendment exceeds 10% of equity of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA.Pursuant to § 5 item 1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim information.
