ELEKTROBUDOWA SA - New contracts

The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA informs that on 17 April 2014 the Company has accepted another contracts from Babcock Noell GmbH company based in Würzburg, Germany, Alfred-Nobel Strasse 20.

The contracts are connected with construction by the company the flue gas desulphurisation plants (FGD) for units 4, 5 and 6 in Turów Power Plant in Turoszów - Poland. ELEKTROBUDOWA SA is a subcontractor for Babcock Noell GmbH company on the tasks.The aggregate value of contracts concluded with Babcock Noell GmbH company within the last 12 months is PLN 52.565.890 (fifty two milion five hundred and sixty five thousand eight hundred and ninety Polish zlotys), which meets the criteria of a significant contract with respect to equity of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA.

The contract with the biggest value is the contract for 32.250.000 zlotys net (thirty two milion two hundred and fifty thousand Polish zlotys), accepted on 17 April 2014. The contract concerns the supply, installation and starting-up, inter alia, switchgears, busbars, transformers, frequency converters and cabling within the scope of works for three units 4, 5 and 6 in Turów Power Plant.

The completion of the works is scheduled for 1 April 2016.The total amount of all liquidated damages shall not be higher than 20% of the net value of the contract.The value of all damages and penalties is limited to 100% value of the contract.Other conditions of the contract do not differ from terms generally applied to this type of contracts.Pursuant to § 5 item 1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim information.
