The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA having its registered office in Katowice inform, that after the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association approved by the Resolution 9/2014 of the Annual General Meeting of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA adopted on 22 May 2014 had been registered by the District Court Katowice - Wschód in Katowice the 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, the Supervisory Board's meeting held on 18 November 2014 adopted the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA.
The Company informs that the consolidated text of the Articles of Association of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA, considering the amendments mentioned above, is attached to this current report.Pursuant to § 38.1(2)(b) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim information.
