Content :The Warsaw Stock Exchange("Company") informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, convened for 26 June 2014 and resumed on 15 July 2014, adopted a resolution on the adjournment of proceedings of the Ordinary General Meeting.The adjourned Ordinary General Meeting will resume its proceedings on 25 July 2014 at 11:00 CET at the registered office of the Company at Książęca 4, 00-498 Warsaw.Content of the resolution of the Ordinary General Meeting on the adjournment of proceedings, the only adopted on 15 July 2014, have been attached to the present report by the Company.Legal basis: §38.1 (6,7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
