Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Offering Act - current and periodic informationContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE", "Exchange") informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the WSE on 25 August 2014 appointed Mr Waldemar Maj to the Exchange Supervisory Board.According to the statement provided by Mr Waldemar Maj, he does not perform in any form any activities competitive to the WSE, he is not engaged in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership or civil law partnership or a member of an authority of a joint stock company, and he is not engaged in any other competitive legal entity as a member of its authority. Furthermore, Mr Waldemar Maj does not have a record in the Register of Insolvent Debtors operating under the Act on the National Court Register.

Legal basis: § 5.1 (22) and § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
