Topic: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 25 August 2014

Content: The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") informs that the shareholders present at the WSE Extraordinary General Meeting on 25 August 2014 jointly held 35,555,661 votes. A shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the WSE on 25 August 2014 was the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 82.62% of votes at the Meeting and 51.74% of the total vote.The total number of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,779,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
