Podstawa prawna: In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., hereby makes the following announcement:
Gorenje, d.d., hereby announces a successful sale of 9-month commercial paper. Commercial paper with the identification code GRV02 has a 4.00% interest rate and the total nominal value of the issue amounts to EUR 35m.
The purpose of the issue is seasonal financing of business operations and diversification of short-term financing sources.
