Podstawa prawna: In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., is publishing the following announcement:
The company Gorenje, d.d., paid out on Friday, the 18th of December, 2015, the holders of 10-month commercial paper issued on the 20th of February, 2015 with the total face value repaid amounts to EUR 29.1 million.
The 18th of December, 2015, is the maturity date for 10-month commercial paper GRV03, issued on the 20th of February, 2015 with a total face value of EUR 29.1 million and an interest rate of 2.20%. The purpose of the issue is seasonal financing of business operations and diversification of short-term financing sources.
