The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. hereby give notice that on22 July 2014 the Bank and London Clearing House Limited in London (LCH. Clearnet Ltd.) entered into the charge securing own obligations, whereby the Bank is required to maintain a liquidity buffer up to the maximum amount of EUR 230 million and GBP 13 million, and also to deposit securities up to the maximum amount of EUR 180 million. The securities and the funds are to secure the clearing of the interest rate derivatives as part of the SwapClear service offered by the London Clearing House.

Following the conclusion of the said charge and depositing thecollateral as required, ING Bank Śląski S.A. will become a direct member of the Clearing House and will clear the interest rate derivatives as required under Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council on OTC derivatives, central counterparties and trade repositories (EMIR).

This agreement has been considered significant, as the total value ofexposure exceeds 10% of the Bank's equity.

Legal grounds: §5 section 1 item 3) of the Ordinance of the Minister ofFinance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information provided by securities issuers and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required by law of a non-Member State (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended).
