KGHM POLSKA MIEDŹ SA Publication dates for statutory financial reports in 2015

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. hereby provides the datesof publication of 2015 statutory financial reports:

I. Financial reports covering periods in 2014:

1. Financial report for the full year 2014 (publication date - 19 March2015); and

2. Consolidated financial report for the full year 2014 - (publicationdate - 19 March 2015).

II. Financial report covering periods in 2015:

1.Consolidated quarterly financial reports:

• for 1Q 2015 (publication date - 14 May 2015); and

• for 3Q 2015 ((publication date - 12 November 2015).

2. Half-year financial report for 1H 2015 (publication date - 13 August2015)

3. Consolidated half-year financial report for 1H 2015 (publication date- 13 August 2015)

The Company will publish consolidated quarterly financial reports asdescribed in § 83 sec. 1 of theDecree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic informationpublished by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required bythe laws of a non-member state (unified text: Journal of Laws 2014.133)("the Decree").

In addition, the Company's Management Board announces that KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A. will notpublish a consolidated financial report for the fourth quarter of 2014 and the Company will not publisha consolidated financial report for the second quarter of 2015.

Legal basis: § 103 sec. 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated19 February 2009 regardingcurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising asequivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (unified text: Journal of Laws 2014.133).
