Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg ("the Company")

hereby

informs that the Company has begun implementing the AXIS Decision

Intelligence Platform developed by Axis Systems.

AXIS

is an AI-powered Enterprise Decision Intelligence Platform that sits

above existing ERP, CRM, and BI systems, without replacing them. Its

core capability is making management decisions visible, traceable, and

executable across the entire organization.

For

KSG Agro, AXIS will be deployed across key operational decision layers:

production planning, sales strategy, and crisis response. The system

will add a structured intelligence layer that helps management teams act

faster, with greater confidence, and with full visibility into the

downstream effects of each decision.

For

investors holding KSG Agro shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the

implementation of the AXIS system means a tangible improvement in the

company's manageability. In an environment where operational risks are

high, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions directly

translates into financial performance and operational stability.

The

platform implementation will take approximately three months. The

effects in the company's financial performance is expected to be visible
