Dear Stakeholders,
We would like to briefly explain the delay in publishing our financial
statements. As a company operating from Ukraine, we have faced
additional operational challenges related to the ongoing hostilities,
which have affected our standard reporting timelines.
The delay was primarily due to the need for additional time to complete
asset assessments and internal procedures under these conditions, as
well as temporary personnel-related constraints. This approach was taken
to ensure that all information is accurate, well-founded, and fully
compliant with applicable reporting standards.
The financial statements are now ready for publication. We remain
committed to transparency and appreciate your understanding and
continued trust.
