Zarząd Medicalgorithmics S.A. z siedzibą Warszawie ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że akcjonariusze obecni na Nadzwyczajnym Walnym Zgromadzeniu Spółki zwołanym na dzień 3 listopada 2025 r. ("Walne Zgromadzenie") dysponowali 3 918 623 (trzy miliony dziewięćset osiemnaście tysięcy sześćset dwadzieścia trzy) akcjami i głosami, stanowiącymi 39,37 % (trzydzieści dziewięć, trzydzieści siedem setnych procenta) kapitału zakładowego oraz wszystkich głosów.

Co najmniej 5 % głosów w ogólnej liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu posiadali:

1. Biofund Capital Management LLC - 3 476 384 akcji i głosów, udział w liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu - 88,71 %, udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów - 34,92 %;

2.Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" - 300 000 akcji i głosów, udział w liczbie głosów na Walnym Zgromadzeniu - 7,65 %, udział w ogólnej liczbie głosów - 3,01 %;

Warsaw ("Company"), hereby informs that the shareholders

present at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for

November 3, 2025 ("General Meeting") held 3 918

623 (three million nine hundred eighteen thousand six hundred

twenty-three) shares

and votes, constituting 39.37 %

(thirty-nine, thirty-seven hundredths of a percent) of

the share capital and all votes.

At

least 5% of votes in the total number of votes at the General Meeting were

held by:

1. Biofund

Capital Management LLC - 3 476 384 shares and votes, share in the number

of votes at the General Meeting - 88.71 %,

share in the total number of votes - 34.92 %;

2. Otwarty

Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" - 300 000 shares and votes, share

in the number of votes at the General Meeting - 7.65 %,

share in the total

number of votes - 3.01 %.
