Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place at 10:00 am (CET) on 14 June 2018 at the offices of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48 S, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
