PLAZA CENTERS NV (5/2026) UPDATE REGARDING ARBITRATIONS AGAINST ROMANIA WITH RESPECT TO THE "CASA RADIO" PROJECT

Podstawa prawna: Further to its last announcement dated January 16th, 2026, Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that, regarding the ongoing arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes initiated by the Company in relation to the Casa Radio / Dâmbovia Center Project in Bucharest, the Company has received the Tribunal's award. The award, by majority decision, dismissed the Company's claims on jurisdictional grounds. The decision was based on findings relating to the Company's conduct and certain historical agreements referenced in the Company's public disclosures published between 2016 and 2020.

The Tribunal ordered that each party shall bear its own costs related to the arbitration.

The Company is reviewing the award, including the reasoning and the implications of the Tribunal's findings, assessing its position and considering all available options and next steps.
