PLAZA CENTERS NV (7/2026) UPDATE REGARDING ARBITRATIONS AGAINST ROMANIA WITH RESPECT TO THE "CASA RADIO" PROJECT

Podstawa prawna: Further to its last announcement dated May 11th, 2026, Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that, in connection with the arbitration proceedings before the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID") initiated by the Company in relation to the Casa Radio / Dâmbovia Center Project in Bucharest ("Casa Radio"), the Company filed on August 7, 2026 its Application for Annulment ("Application").

The Application relates to the award dated April 10, 2026, by which, in a majority decision, the Tribunal dismissed the Company's claims on jurisdictional grounds.

The Company continues to assess its position and considering all available options and next steps.
