W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego 1/2026 r., dotyczącego zgody KNF na wycofanie z obrotu na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("GPW") akcji Serinus Energy ("Spółka", "Serinus"), Kierownictwo Spółki informuje, że w dniu 5 marca 2026 r. Spółka otrzymała uchwałę Zarządu GPW ("Uchwała GPW") z dnia 4 marca 2026 r. w sprawie wycofania z obrotu akcji Serinus.

Zgodnie z Uchwałą GPW z dniem 10 marca 2026 r. następuje wycofanie akcji Spółki z obrotu na Głównym Rynku GPW.

In connection with the WSE current report No. 1/2026 concerning the

Polish Financial Supervision Authority consent for the delisting of

Serinus Energy ("Serinus" or the "Company") shares from trading on the

Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE"), the Management of the Company

announces that on 5 March 2026 the Company received the WSE Management

Board resolution dated 4 March 2026 (the "WSE Resolution") regarding the

withdrawal of the Company's shares from trading.

Pursuant to the WSE Resolution, as of 10 March 2026 the Company's shares

will be withdrawn from trading on the WSE Main Market.
