The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the "Company")reports hereby, that it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, who has a constant access to the confidential information and is competent to take decisions on the development and perspectives of the Company sold 1,036 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 16.48 per share on December 3, 2014 during regular session transactions, sold 390 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 16.42 per share on December 4, 2014 during regular session transactions and sold 11,596shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 16.12 per share on December 5, 2014 during regular session transactions. Same person sold 1,237 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 20.00 per share on December 5, 2014 outside of the regulated market under the Own Shares Purchase Program.
