Appointment of the certified auditor

The Management Board of Agora S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that, pursuant to § 19 sec. 1 item c of the Company's Statute on April 3, 2014 the Supervisory Board selected the certified auditor of the Company's financial statements. On the basis of both, the Supervisory Board resolution and the Company's Statute, KPMG Audyt Społka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością społka komandytowa with its registered seat in Warsaw at 51 Chlodna Street, registered under the number 3546 as an entity entitled to audit financial statements, was elected the certified auditor of the Company that is to audit financial statements of the Company for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the previous, certified auditor of the Company's financial statements was also KPMG Audyt Spolka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia spolka komandytowa.Legal basis: Article 56 Section 1 item 2 of the Offering Act in connection with § 5 sec. 1 item 19 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 regarding current and periodic information to be submitted by issuers of securities, and the conditions for recognizing equivalence of information required under non-member states regulations.
