The Management Board of Polskie GórnictwoNaftowe i Gazownictwo SA ("PGNiG") announces that at its meeting of April 3th 2014 the PGNiG Supervisory Board appointed Mr Waldemar Wójcik, elected by the employees of PGNiG, to serve as Member of the PGNiG Management Board during its joint term of office commencing on December 30th 2013 and expiring on December 30th 2016 (covering positions from 3 April 2014).
Mr Waldemar Wójcik is not engaged in anyactivities competitive to PGNiG's business. He is not a partner in any competitive civil-law partnership or other type of partnership, or member of the governing bodies of any company competitive to PGNiG. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
The other information specified in Par. 28of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Dz. U. No. 33 of February 28th 2009, item 259) will be disclosed in a current report.
