Further to Current Report No. 3/2014 of 7 April 2014, the Exchange Management Board on 9 April 2014 has made a decision on proposing to the Ordinary General Meeting the dates: 17 July 2014 as the dividend record date and 5 August 2014 as the dividend payment date.Legal basis: § 38.1 (11) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
