Zlecone: Bombardier Announces Pricing of its New Issuance of Senior Notes Due 2021

MONTREAL, QUEBEC - NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO ANY PERSON LOCATED OR RESIDENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF ITALY

Bombardier Inc. (TSX: BBD.A) (TSX: BBD.B) today announced that it had successfully priced its offering of EUR780 million aggregate principal amount of new Senior Notes. This issuance, which was effected primarily in Europe, is comprised of EUR780 million aggregate principal amount of Bombardier's Senior Notes due May 15, 2021, which carry a coupon of 6.125% and will be sold at 99.0422% of par. Bombardier intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to finance the repurchase of any and all of its currently outstanding Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2013 and 8.00% Senior Notes due 2014 pursuant to two separate debt tender offers announced today (the "Tender Offers").

This announcement does not constitute an offer to buy or sell or the solicitation of an offer to sell or buy any securities in any jurisdiction.

The securities mentioned herein have not been and will not be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), or the securities laws of any other jurisdiction, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration under, or an applicable exemption from the registration requirements of, the Securities Act.
