(the "Bank") hereby presents, as an attachment to this current report, an information on the Price of the Offer Shares, the final number of the Offer Shares offered in the Offering and the final number of the Offer Shares offered to different categories of investors.

The above-mentioned information willbe also published in the manner used to publish the Bank's prospectus approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on 22 April 2014.
