Change in the composition of the supervisory board of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the "Company") herebyannounces that on 16 May 2014 it received a written statement of LSREF III GTC Investments B.V., with its registered seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, at Herikerbergweg 238, 1101 CM (the "Entitled Shareholder"), according to which the Entitled Shareholder, pursuant to sections 7.1.1, 7.1.2, 7.1.3 and 7.1.7 of the articles of association of the Company:

(i) dismissed Olivier Brahin from the function of a member of thesupervisory board of the Company; and

(ii) appointed Jan Düdden as a member of the supervisory board of theCompany.

Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto,the Entitled Shareholder holds 105,064,290 shares in the Company, which constitute 29.9064% of the Company's share capital and entitle the holder thereof to 29.9064% of the votes at the general meeting of the Company. Consequently, the Entitled Shareholder exceeds the Initial Threshold (within the meaning of section 7.1.1 of the Company's articles of association) and four further Appointing Thresholds (within the meaning of section 7.1.1 of the Company's articles of association).

Jan Düdden has 10 years of experience in real estate and assetmanagement. As the head of Hudson Advisors Germany's asset management activities, he is responsible for the asset management and disposal of real estate and real estate debt investments in Germany, the Benelux countries, and the regions of Central and Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe. Prior to joining Hudson Advisors in 2005, Jan Düdden was a manager at Lufthansa AG, German airlines in the corporate finance department. Jan Düdden holds a degree in Business and Administration from the WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management.

According Jan Düdden, he is not entered in the register of insolventdebtors maintained pursuant to the Polish Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, he does not perform any activities outside of the Company's business which could be considered competitive thereto, he does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any other type of partnership, and he is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or any other competitive entity.
