Content:The Management of SERINUS ENERGY INC. ("Company"),hereby informs that the entities named below were the shareholders representing at least 5% of the number of votes at the Annual and Special Meeting of the Company held in Calgary, Canada, on May 14, 2014 (the "Meeting"):
- Kulczyk Investments SA ("KI") - The shares held in theCompany vested in KI the right to 39,909,606 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 78.0% of votes of shareholders present at the Meeting and for 50.77% of the total number of votes.
- Pala Assets Holdings Limited ("Pala") - The shares heldin the Company vested in Pala the right to 5,880,484 votes at the Meeting, which accounted for 11.5% of the votes of the shareholders present at the Meeting and 7.48% of the total number of votes.
