The Management Board of Agora S.A. ("the Company") with its registered seat in Warsaw informs that on June 4th, 2014 it was provided with the letter from the Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") that confirms meeting the conditions necessary for granting the multi-purpose credit line to the Company on the basis of the loan agreement ("Agreement") executed on May 28th, 2014. The Company informed about signing the aforementioned Agreement in the current report no. 10/2014 dated May 28, 2014.
