Registration of series L, M, N and Oshares of BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A.

The Board of Executives of BNP ParibasBank Polska S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that on 10 June 2014 it has received a communication of the Operations Department of the National Depository for Securities (the "NDS") informing that on 11 June 2014 16,948,285 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank with a nominal value of PLN 45.46 each, including 5,243,532 series L shares of the Bank, 2,108,794 series M shares of the Bank, 4,569,420 series N shares of the Bank and 5,026,539 series O shares of the Bank (the "Shares") will be registered in the NDS. The code PLPPAB000011 will be assigned to the Shares.Additionally, in reference to current report no. 28/2014, the Board of Executives of the Bank informs that the conditions set out in the resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange no. 674/2014 dated 9 June 2014 for the introduction of Shares to trading on the primary market by way of an ordinary procedure will be fulfilled on 11 June 2014., i.e. on 11 June 2014 the registration of the Shares in the NDS and assigning the code PLPPAB000011 thereto will take place.
