Legal basis: Article 56. 1(2) of the Act on Offering - current and periodic informationContent :The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE", "Company") informs that on 26 June 2014 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted a resolution on the adjournment of proceedings of the Ordinary General Meeting. The adjourned Ordinary General Meeting will resume its proceedings on 15 July 2014 at 11:00 CET at the registered office of the Company at Książęca 4, 00-498 Warsaw.Contents of the resolutions adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting - before the announcement of the adjournment - have been attached to the present report by the Company.Legal basis: §38.1 (6,7) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
