The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("the Company", "Agora") hereby informs about termination on July 11th, 2014 the loan agreement with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") executed on April 5th, 2002 ("Agreement") about which the Company informed in regulatory filing no. 9/2002. The above specified agreement concerned a long term syndicated loan agreement with the Bank. Termination of the Agreement took place as a result of entering by Agora into a multi - purpose credit line agreement with the Bank of up to PLN 169,929,342.64 about which the Company informed in the regulatory filing 10/2014.Due to the above, the Company paid its all liabilities from the previous long term syndicated loan agreement including provision, interest and other Bank's fees. On July 11th, 2014 the Company received a formal notice from the Bank that all Agora' liabilities were paid out and the Agreement was terminated.The Company does not anticipate any negative financial consequences of the termination of the Agreement for the Company and its subsidiaries and associates.Legal basis: § 5 sec. 1 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance Regarding Current and Periodic Information Published by Issuers of Securities and Conditions for Recognizing as Equivalent Information Required by the Laws of a Non-Member State.
