Content: In reference to Current Report No. 18/2014 of 25 July 2014, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange", "WSE", "Company") informs that today it has become aware that the Polish Financial Supervision Authority at its 228th Meeting on 26 August 2014 approved change on the Exchange Management Board, made by Resolution No. 22/1367/2014 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 25 July 2014, on the appointment of Mr Grzegorz Zawada as a Vicepresident of the WSE Management Board.

Furthermore, the WSE informs that according to the aforementioned Resolution of the Exchange Supervisory Board, the change on the Exchange Management Board will take effect as of the date of delivery of the relevant decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to the Company.Legal basis: § 5.1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
