In reference to Current Reports No. 18/2014 of 25 July 2014 and No. 27/2014 of 8 September 2014, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("Exchange", "WSE") informs that today it has received the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority concerning approval of the change on the Exchange Management Board, made by Resolution No. 21/1366/2014 of the Exchange Supervisory Board dated 25 July 2014, on the appointment of Mr Karol Półtorak as a Vicepresident of the WSE Management Board.As a result of the foregoing, the condition set in the aforementioned Resolution of the Exchange Supervisory Board has been fulfilled.Legal basis: § 5.1(22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
