The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the "Company") informs hereby, that it was formally notified that ITI Group and Groupe Canal+, based on interest in acquiring the controlling stake in the Company expressed by various strategic and financial investors, have decided to jointly review their strategic options regarding their joint majority shareholding in the Company.Pursuant to the received information the process is at an initial stage, no decision concerning disposal of the Company has been made and there is no certainty that such decision is going to be made in the future. However, financial and legal advisors have been engaged.
