Content:Referring to Current Report No. 46/2014 theManagement of SERINUS ENERGY INC. ("Company") informs that following the announcement of Operations Department of the National Depository of Securities ("KDPW") dated October 24, 2014, as of October 27, 2014 all requirements were fulfilled to register 38,479,608 shares of the Company with the code CA81752K1057 in the National Depository . The registration of the above-mentioned shares is performed on the basis of resolution No. 889/14 of the Management Board of KDPW dated October 21, 2014 (the Company informed about this resolution in Current Report No. 45/2014).
