The Management Board of TVN S.A. (the "Company")reports hereby, that it was informed that a person from the managerial level of the Company, who has a constant access to the confidential information and is competent to take decisions on the development and perspectives of the Company purchased 40,000 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 11,68 on December 12, 2014, per share during off session off transactions - the realization of the stock option plan. Same person sold 8,763 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 16.61 per share on December 16, 2014 and sold 10,000 shares of TVN S.A. at a price of PL 16.74 per share on December 17, 2014 during regular session transactions
