The Management Board of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA informs, that today the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") signed a contract with KGHM Polska Miedź SA based in Lubinie for zadanie "Modernization of 6kV substations GSE in Hucie Miedzi Głogów including linkswith the power system" (within the project GSE+).The lumpsum remuneration for completion of the scope of Contract has consisted of two components::- 24.550.000 PLN netand- 2.598.960 EUR - this equals 11.189.302,49 PLN converted based on the mean exchange rate announced by the National Bank of Poland on 29.12.2014, which gives the total value of35.739.302,49 PLN net..The completion of works has been scheduled on 30th November 2016Total contractual penalties stipulated in the Contract shall not exceed 100% of the net contract price.Each party shall be entitled to claim the supplementary compensation in accordance with the general provisions of Civil Code.Total aggregate liability of Contractor shall not exceed 100% of the net contract price.A contract is significant when its price exceeds 10% of equity of ELEKTROBUDOWA SA.Other conditions of the contract do not differ from terms generally applied to this type of contracts.Pursuant to Art. 5.1.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and interim information.Legal basis:Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act - current and interim information
