PFLEIDERER GRAJEWO SA entry into FX forward contracts

The Management Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. ("the Company")announces that on December 30th 2014 the Company entered into a series of FX forward contracts with Bank Millennium S.A. of Warszawa for the sale of a total of EUR 24,960,000 (PLN 107,672,448 equivalent as at December 30th 2014) for Polish złoty (PLN), with settlement dates falling between January 29th 2015 and December 29th 2016.
The terms of the FX contracts do not differ from standard market termsapplied in such financial transactions.
The FX contracts are considered to meet the materiality criterion basedon the value of the Company's equity.
Additionally on December 30th 2014 the Company entered into a series ofFX forward contracts with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. of Wroclaw for the sale of a total of EUR 24,120,000 (PLN104,048,856 equivalent as at December 30th 2014) for Polish złoty (PLN), with settlement dates falling between March 30th 2015 and May 30th 2016.
The terms of the FX contracts do not differ from standard market termsapplied in such financial transactions.
The FX contracts are considered to meet the materiality criterion basedon the value of the Company's equity.
The FX contracts were executed to hedge the currency risk resulting fromthe agreement described in detail in Current Report No. 38/2014 of December 30th 2014.
This report was prepared pursuant to Par. 5.1.3 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009, as amended (Dz.U. of 2014, item 133).
