Damovo makes first acquisition in European growth strategy

05 August 2015 - Damovo, a leading provider of enterprise communications solutions and services, today announced the acquisition of the voice and unified communications (UC) business of Centre de Télécommunications et Téléinformatiques Luxembourgeois (CTTL) in Luxembourg. This first acquisition by Damovo, since it was acquired by Oakley Capital earlier this year, is part of its ‘buy and build’ strategy as it looks to grow annual revenues to €200M in the next 3-5 years and become one of the largest UC providers in Europe.

CTTL is a provider of a wide range of ICT solutions and managed services to the Luxembourg market. Damovo is acquiring its voice and UC business, including more than 130 customers and the 14 employees servicing the customer base. All trading will transfer to a new company, Damovo Luxembourg S. a.r.l., which will add to Damovo’s operational presence in Europe, including Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Ireland and Damovo’s Global Services business.

Following this acquisition, Damovo has 15 international offices and delivers UC solutions in 120 countries on six continents. Its solution portfolio includes unified communications and collaboration, enterprise networks, contact centres, cloud services and global managed services. It currently manages a growing base of 2,000 customers including many of Europe’s largest enterprises and a number of Fortune Global 500 companies. Damovo holds elevated partnerships with leading global technology providers such as Cisco, Microsoft and Mitel.
