Zarząd Spółki "Rubicon Partners SA (dalej jako "Rubicon Partners"; "Spółka"), działając w trybie art. 70 pkt. 1) ustawy o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych (Dz.U. Nr 184, poz. 1539), informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 5 listopada 2015 roku zawiadomienia na podstawie art. 69 ust. 1 pkt 1) ww. ustawy od spółki EASTERN EUROPE EQUITY HOLDING dotyczącego zwiększenia powyżej 5% poziomu zaangażowania w kapitale i ogólnej liczbie głosów na walnym zgromadzeniu spółki Rubicon Partners SA.

Pursuant to Article 69.1 and Article 69.4 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29th 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 184, item 1539), Eastern Europe Equity Holding with its registered seat in Malaysia kindly informs that on 8th September 2015 it bought (in over-the-counter transaction) 129 963 shares of Rubicon Partners S.A. which represents 3.40% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Rubicon Partners S.A. Due to the transaction, the number of shares of Rubicon Partners S.A. owned by Eastern Europe Equity Holding has been changed.

Before the transaction, Eastern Europe Equity Holding had had 164 150 shares of Rubicon Partners S.A., which represented 4.30% stake in Rubicon Partners S.A. share capital and represented 164 150 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting, which represented 4.30% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Rubicon Partners S.A.

Due to the transaction, Eastern Europe Equity Holding has 294 113 shares of Rubicon Partners S.A., which represent 7.70% stake in Rubicon Partners S.A. share capital and represent 294 113 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting, which represent 7.70% of votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Rubicon Partners S.A.

The transaction has been conducted internally in AMERORG ENTERPRISES LIMITED (AMERORG) capital group. Eastern Europe Equity Holding is subsidiary to AMERORG. As a consequence, the number of shares of Rubicon Partners S.A. owned by the capital group has not changed.

Pursuant to Article 69.4.5 and Article 69.4.6 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies dated July 29th 2005 (Journal of Laws 2005 No. 184, item 1539), Eastern Europe Equity Holding informs also that it does not have any subsidiaries and that no agreement on transfer of rights to vote at the General Shareholders Meeting have been made.
