PLAZA CENTERS NV (49/2017) ISRAELI SERIES A BONDHOLDERS TRIGGER THE IMMEDIATE REPAYMENT OF THE ENTIRE OUTSTANDING DEBT

Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company"), announces that the Israeli Series A bondholders triggered the immediate repayment of the entire outstanding debt under the Series A trust deed. Further to its announcements of 4 October 2017 and 14 December 2017, with respect to the order of the Israeli court to allocate the mandatory repayment amounts according to the ratios set out in the Company's restructuring plan, the Company intends to examine in the upcoming days how to treat the remainder of the funds, which were not allocated in the last repayment date, due to such changes in the circumstances .
