Podstawa prawna: Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("EGM") will take place at 10:30 am (CET) on 20 February 2018 at the offices of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48 S, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands).
The Notice of Meeting, including agenda and proxy voting cards in English, will be sent today to Plaza's shareholders and Depositary Interests Holders registered at the Company's UK registrar (Link Asset Services).
Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the EGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Prins Hendrikkade 48-s, 1012 AC Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Copies of the documents are also available on the Company's website: http://www.plazacenters.com/index.php?p=general_meetings_os_2018
Copy of the Company's Notices of Extraordinary General Meeting has been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority.
